I am Abilasha Subramanian, have worked in the industry for over 15 years.
My skills include: Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, FCP-X, Shooting with Blackmagic camera.
My Leisure includes : Photography, Reading, Travelling, Painting, Pottery, Baking.
My Story
Started as an Assistant Producer with Pogo TV for a year & a half, during which I worked on 3 shows - MAD, FAQ & Pogo Amazing Kids Awards.
Followed by assisting various directors for many tv commercials over 15 years. I was inhouse with Corcoise Films as Mr. Prasoon Pandey’s Director’s Assistant for a year. As a freelancer I have worked in the post of a Director’s Assistant & 2nd Assistant Director with Directors like, Prashant Issar of Tubelight films, Koushik Sarkar of Apostrophe films, Ashim Ahluwalya of Future East, Vinil Mathew & Ayappa of Footcandles etc.

As a DA my work involved development of basic agency scripts. Researching & Presenting of appropriate references of the vision of the Director to the agency & client. I have also made several treatment notes to help pitch for a project by the director.
I have also worked as an Assistant Director in various long format shows like 24 Season 1 etc.

I enjoy painting freehand water colour illustrations and then convert them into mixed media art.
